My cutlery courses are high-end courses offered in gift boxes or personal purchase. I favor time, support, exchange, kindness and sharing. For a principle of quality and comfort, I accompany a single person at the same time or possibly two people if you come with friends or family.
I offer several step formulas to imagine and make your knife with the choice of materials for the handle and traditional steels or damascus steel for the blade. Come and share a moment of know-how from over 20 years in the workshop.
Accommodation is possible from one night to the full week, for 1 to 3 people, which can give you the opportunity to do tourism and visit our beautiful region during your stay in Aveyron.
