My cutlery courses are high-end courses offered in a gift box to offer or for personal purchase.
I favor time, support, exchange, benevolence and sharing, this for a question of quality and
comfort of each person, the courses are therefore generally carried out with 1 single person at the same time.
Possibility of internships for up to 3 people if you want to share an internship with friends or family.
I offer several internship formulas to imagine and make your knife, over 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days
with the choice of materials for the handle on about twenty different woods, bone or horn tip, for the blade the choice
is possible on traditional steels such as 12C27, 14C28, XC75 or on forging courses RWL34, 90MCV8,
ATS34, C130, SAN-MAI core VG10 sandwich steel, stainless steel or carbon damascus steel on several patterns, or the finish
of your raw forge blade. You will share in the workshop a moment of know-how of more than 25 years.
For accommodation, it is possible from one night to a full week, for 1 to 3 people, which can be an occasion
to go sightseeing and visit our beautiful region of Aubrac or the Lot valley during your stay in Aveyron.
You will leave with a creation and a beautiful memory… The knife that you will have made during your internship.
